I N8MATTHEWS am stepping down as head mayor of marinecity. I will be taking a new position as Director of Plot Relations, basically regulae plots, and keep the city looking nice. I am appointing Chipaton as the new mayor of marinecity.

I will still be the one regulation plots as Director of Plot zrelations but Chipaton you will make all final calls on what the city does from accepting application on the forums to deciding wether or not we expand the island. Chipaton i also hope you can supply a ./home as mine has been removed. Pm me chipaton if you have any further questions.

Overveiw
Director of Plot Relations-Regulates plots by adding people to protection feild and kicks/evicts citizens not following rules. Also manages city decorations and beautifications.

Mayor-Final say on all things from if we add more plots to who we may partner with. Doesnt have the power to add or remove people from the city, although.
