Ban appeal (more like a ban question)

Well, i got banned for spamming and i realized i was spamming just after the ban...
(i think it wasnt something serious just a little aucation)
well, i learned my lesson and from now on will make it on local channel.
may i ask when the ban ends?

Just a note: This ban has been changed to permanent do to xray. You went under my (previously one of drunz's) spawners and went STRAIGHT to a spawner. Unless you can give me a good explanation, the ban will stay.

Not only that, but holes like these do qualify as deathpits as well, since anyone that could have been in the area at the time could have fallen in and died.

Well, i like digging holes...
Even in the single player (ill send you a world if you want) my main digging method is digging holes and finding
resources...
I dont think this counts as a death trap, ppl will need to watch where they are going...
Btw its not the first spawner that i find during digging a hole down.
If i had xRay i would be the richest man on the opticraft...
Ask people that know me, im not a cheater.
I waited 3 days for my ban to go off and now you come with that...

I highly doubt that it was just a coincidence that you dug under my wall, then went under my village directly to the spawner. And I wasn't lookIng for another thing to ban you with, I found this hole by accident. And also, it DOES count as a death trap because people shouldn't have to watch where they're going.

And yes, it was just a coincidence, I'm not a cheater.
I have my own double spawner, and I don't need any others.

Please, give me another chance and I will stay away from your village.
Its not fair that I will be banned for something I didn't do.
I know the chances are low, but they exist.
Maybe only short the ban from permanent to,let's say, a week?
I say again, if I had xray I won't be using it to find mob spawners, I would go for the more expensive stuff,
such as diamonds.
Hope you will understand that it looks suspicious, but wrong this time.

Edit: according to the player rules and guidelines, rule 9, killing players will result a ban only if on purpose.

I find it hard to believe that you dug RIGHT next to the wall for my village, down into a cave, then made ANOTHER hole STRAIGHT into a spawner. That doesnt work by coincidence.

Im telling you again, that's my digging method. Your village is close to my house, where I normally dig.

Now let's assume that I'm using xray, I searched the players rules, and there is nothing against xray.

Edit - you can see that the server is important to me, I'm not fighting it for nothing.

You have no solid evidence that I have xray and I'm not luckey.
