CONSOLE 000Dave000 appeal
« on: August 11, 2012, 05:11:32 pm »
I would like to appeal this ban, I was not trying to ruin anyone's creation. All I did was remove 4 blocks that were in the way of a path but part of a little hut not near anything. If this is not allowed I will not do that. As I said I am not trying to ruin anyone's things. I know how it can be a pain because someone destoryed my house once and put up a sign in the middle that said "bwahahaha" , kindof funny now that I think of it but also at the time kindof annoying. Anyways hope you let me back soon.

Sorry, youll have to wait out your ban. You still griefed, regardless of the reason why.

do you have some tips on how to avoid griefing? I mean I was not trying to be malicious so if I can get a good idea how it works that would be helpful.

lol, yes I know that much.  :) I wish I had a screen shot but I was fixing a pathway that had nothing near it but a small hut. My ban says "Reason: Automatic grief detection: Benwin4" I was looking for answers to things more like this. Is Benwin4 a player that I broke some blocks that they put down? Is there a way of telling where different player areas start and stop? How can I tell where to build/destroy blocks?

If there is no builds there, its okay to modify. If there is, you dont touch it.

I was looking for more specific information but thanks for your replays anyway. I guess I'll just have to come back in a few days...
