The following is a document on procedures and by-laws in the Golden Nations.
These laws do not apply to, nor were they asigned by opticraft. The Golden Nations is completly subject to Opticraft rules and in no way do these laws apply anywhere outside of the Golden Nations

VotingVoting must be used when deciding anything that may effect more than one city, or when it directly involves the Golden Nations
When voting, majority vote will decide the outcome.
If there is a tie between those for and against the proposal the head of the council (myself) will make the final decision.
City Rankings will be voted on
A city can not vote for their own promotion

LawsNo law can or will be created limiting the owner of a city.
Owners remain in complete control of their city laws, along with acceptance terms, and citizen control.
A city must maintain itself so that is considered a high quality city
City owners must try their hardest to ensure that the city remains ungriefed
Amendments may be suggested by city owners and voted on in council, notify the head of the council if you wish to propose an amendment
A city may leave the nations at will
No city may be forced out unless they are perma-banned, temporarily banned, or fail to upkeep their city. In the case of failure to upkeep the city or a temporary ban the council must vote on expulsion if it is considered.

- New cities that are clean well developed and have recently been accepted into the Golden Nations. (City must show exceptional qualities to be accepted)
- Or cities that well maintain themselves but are in no way regularly active in the nations (this does not put you at risk of expulsion)
- Or cities that are not well maintained and may be at risk of expulsion (these cities will be in red)
This legislation is subject to change however, it is without reserve that the By-Laws of the Golden Nations is put into act.
