My House GOT DESTROYED by one of the higher ups

My house was in the member world in coordinates x -320 and z -2460. Some higher up just destroyed it and flattened it out because it was in the way of his "PROJECT." I say that this is not really fair to me, who was already there, and who invested everything in that house and transferred EVERYTHING from the guest world. Everything is lost now because regular payers like me are apparently SHIT. i just want my chests back they had stacks upon stacks of iron a bunch of awesome picks i was saving and any rare item you could think of. Please any mod who has a heart give me my chests back i had everything in those things.

the point was that i had built there way before scotty had, and i just want my chests whats moving a house gonna do nothing. Dont you get it what you guys did was just messed up man. Just taking my house and flinging it away. YO i was there first.

Ok well I did not destroy your house, the land was flattened by an admin who checked the area, there was nothing. The mod that claimed that land said there were only trees there, and yes I personally wouldnt have destroyed them and claimed the land but like I said, I didnt do it. We world edited your home, If you had chests underground, they are probably still there, just buried, your new home that u set was just a cobblstone sign that said "FAncy pants" and was diamond PS'd that was removed because you built it on the same land again. I'm sorrya bout what happened but relkeb tried to give you supplies and 250k, you refused it

I am deeply sorry for what happened here, upon my inspection of the land i only found trees in the vicinity of where you home was, i figured the person who had built had packed up, left and just didn't remove the trees,now if i was aware that your house was there I would not have requested the admins help in clearing land, but as far as I am aware your house was moved, and you were offered compensation for the lost goods but you refused. Again I am really,really sorry for this...

This is not classic, you can do this in SMP as the worlds are much bigger. Its like if I went out and randomly placed a PS stone to save a piece of land, nothing to stop me and I dont have to build in it. For example I want to save a mushroom island I place PS stones on them and do nothing.

Alright, back on topic, you can't just go to someone's place and build a house. That's just not cool. I remember someone kept building a little dirt shack in my backyard, and Scotty gladly removed it for me. Like three times.

Edit: If you want to save your property for further purposes, place a sign in the area and lock the sign saying "Snape's property" and such. I have one and it stopped the previous dirt shacks as I placed it where it was always at.

Land cannot be claimed/owned without city protection or protection stones. If someone builds on your 'claimed' land that has no protection, it's not a bannable offence.

As it has been stated previously, I'm very sorry for this incident. We relocated your property as-was, and removed the old one. I supplied you with multiple protection stones and diamond blocks as reimbursement, as well as $250,000 which you declined- yet now you are asking for items back? Would you be satisfied taking the cash back? What is it you're looking for?

This is because of the sand, if we could get rid of the sand in that area we could get it back

Fancypants - All your chests and stuff is back, you should go recover what you need and take it to a new location.

Scotty - When he's done I will replace the sand, left it like this because it's easier and it didn't look like you were using this exact area at the moment.
