That's a nice idea, but if you had the butter boots on, and you were mining, some people would think you xrayed. But still is a nice idea.

erm, this could be seen as an unfair advantage, as it is client side for starters, and it's kinda like a full bright mod :L

for starters its server side.
and it just adds dynamic lighting.
the only way its client side is that only the person using them can see the light.

Features:

Use a torch without placing it (editable in config)
Emit light from boots (editable in config)
Emit light from helmet (editable in config)
Client side glowstone follows underneath the player
No client side resources (like spout) needed
Supports Tekkit and detects it automaticly
Left-Click to revert a block manually
Trick-or-Treat mode (more info below)

and im not sure how its unfair as anybody can get a torch..
or make some golden boots when theyve been mining..
