new city

i would like to make an announcement about a city that me and my friend (shotgun626) have. it is the Kingdom of Octavia, even though it is more of a small town than a kingdom. if you ever need a plot of land, or an apartment to spend the night, contact me or shotgun if we are on.

Right now i am banned, so no screencaps. Also, i am not wholly familiar with the command on this, though i could figure it out. i probably will forget to go on and do that in a week. (read my ban specifications, guilty as charged. almost.)

the approximate coords are: X 1166 Y 3174 (old guest world, suprizingly there is still un-developed land there) . There is additionally an abandoned mineshaft running under it all. (you could always live in a cave! ;D)
