Welcome to Opticraft
« on: December 01, 2012, 10:00:48 pm »
I was wondering If there could be something that says in the chat "welcome to opticraft <username>" if it is their first time on the server. It would probably be followed by many people welcoming them, which may make them want to stay. Just a suggestion, nothing super important.

It might be a good idea but, I have been to a server before and it always pops up, It is so annoying.

I know what you mean when you say it'll make them feel welcomed, but I can assure you we get tons of people joining the server everyday, and I for one don't want to be told about every new player that joins.

I think it was disabled for this reason anyway.
