the original post said the auction would end 2/20/13 (today), then it was changed to march 1, now it says 5 days after last bid. the last bid (counting my 30k bid) would be 12 days ago. Crippn's withdrawal was 10 days ago (making my bid the last bid as of 10 days ago). This auction should have been over 5 days ago with the current end date.

Well; by the official end time, bidding had ended but I guess you're just going to keep changing the end time till you'll get an amount you want.

EDIT: I'm retracting my bad as I'm getting tired of this, the auction has not been closed yet, and I have gotten access to a different witch hut. I believe this would make partyguy the leading bidder with 20-25k as I was the only reason he had to bid 30k

Youve broken the very first rule of the auction house....
1.  All auctions must have an End time, with timezone, clearly stated in the auction post.  The auction time may be extended by the seller, but this must be done before the auction ends.

This auction should already be over. Debater04, the last bidder, bid 30k on February 8th. It is now the 22nd, 2 weeks after the last bid. Debater may pay less since crippn dropped out but that has to be an agreement between him and wooden.

Wooden, you post the the end date would be 5 days after the last bid. You can't change or continue the bidding after the end date which I've tried to do -

That was the 19th. The auction had already ended. As far as I'm concerned debater04 gets it with 30k or a negotiated lower price. I will lock this soon so rap it up.

Also, I'm not sure if this is true or not -

but you CAN NOT sell something someone else had, worked on, claimed, or made.
If it really is popman64's then you have no right to sell it.

The auction house isn't something you can use to get how ever much money you want. Sorry to disappoint you.

EDIT: debater04 is still the winner but seeing as he did drop out because of how rediculous this action became then the runner up is party guy for the same amount and agreement I posted for debater04.
