Creative Togglealerts, Optipaint, and Colored Names!

Hey all, we now have some new commands! The first is /togglealerts, or /ta, which when on, will notify you when other players say your username.

For recruits and up, there is also a command called /optipaint. Essentially, when it is enabled, if you destroy a block, the block is automatically replaced by whatever block you are holding.

Those who have been on the server recently may have already noticed a new feature that gives players colored names above their heads, and in the tab menu. Hopefully this will make it easier to see who is what rank, resulting in less confusion for all of us.

Its your full name only, and as of right now I don't believe there are any plans for it to be on the SMP server.
