RESIDENTS NEEDED, FREE-BUILD CITY, ALL PLOTS ARE FREE. REPLY IF INTERESTED

Hello everyone, I'm sure some of you guys may remember me. I had plans for a city called Haningrad, but I've now decided to rename it to Skyrim City :P The plots are absolutely free, and build anywhere, just branch off a pre-existing path. The only build code is to not touch the ground level and not to build into other people's property.
Mostly due to the fact that it is a floating utopia. I have started this city, and all help would be appreciated. Please reply if you are interested.

Community Structures:
Melon Farm, Pumpkin farm
Tree Farm
Egg Farm
Redwood farm, Birch Farm
Mob Grinder farm
Public mines
Ground level dropshaft
Nether Portal

How to get there

Skyrim city can be easily accessed at the moment as I have placed it as my home point. If you do not know what this means, just press "t" and type in:

In the future, if this project gains a lot of support I would like to go ahead and attempt to get a mod/admin's help to create a warp. Regardless, you will end up in the "central mine building".

The key ideas will be for: A city with a central square, with streets sprouting from it, people can then branch off from the street, build their dwellings and if not, more streets. Farms, mines, recreational structures.

Key structures that might be needed:
-Free Plots
-Nice population
-middle of 2 biomes, if not, 3 biomes
-TONS of free space for public projects
-Town mines (with a revolution statue ontop)
-Red square, a huge square for formal ceremonies
-Green house/plant farm/tree farm
-Mushroom farms
-Mob farms
-HUGE and impressive glass tree farms
-SPLEEF ARENA(with snow)
-Transport system
-Sewer/waste system

Hey I got banned for griefing, but it is being lifted.  The grief was accidental and I have no recollection of doing it.  Apparently a mod randomly found some sort of misplacement in persephone's house, and banned me permanently, but has reduced it to a two day ban and I will be off tomorrow.

I would like to formally ask to be allowed to return to the city.  I did not mean to damage his home, nor do I recall doing so.  I hope you will accept me back.

great to see you back, I was worried you left me or something like that. When I saw your house was gone, I told a mod and he said you removed it yourself. Great to have you back aboard.

One thing I have to ask, how are we supposed to make a sewer system when its above ground? do we just
make the pipes? Should we make it so that a human could fit in there? lol

we make some canals that hang under the city
