Why have i been banned?

I only just got back on and i am banned again!?
why??

Me and Grimspell saw that you had stolen quite a few blocks from dominickanton's farm at his home. He specifically said that he was griefed and that he did not know you. He has been the ONLY one collecting his melons and then you came along and trampled (griefed) his farm-- taking most of his crops. To make matters worse, you decided to trample the melon stems so that you could get away with it and circumvent the logblock.

Unless you have anything to say in your defense, the ban will not be appealed for the damage you had caused. If I remember correctly, the ban was set to 3 days. You have 2 days left.

I am very sorry for it and I didnt do it, it must have been my friend(he has my logon).
I know you will say"that is a poor excuse and just dont give your friends your login"
but I am just telling you the truth. I have changed my password so my friends cant get on.
