Oh i know, I've been in and out for a while now, just to say hello and what not.

Hello everyone, I'd just like to introduce myself once again to the server.  Most (if not all :O) of you will probably not know you, with the exception of the people dating back in the good ole' days of Opticraft.  Nah I'm not that old.

I've been playing on Opticraft for quite a while, around 4-5 months if I had to guess but I had taken a large break from Minecraft right in the middle.  Since that break, most of the people I had known on the server had either quit Minecraft or moved on.  I'd like to get back into the groove of things and start playing some more Opticraft!  I love this server dearly, and to be honest you guys have the best community of any Minecraft server I have played on.

A little about me? Let's start small, I have been playing Minecraft as a whole for about a year now, and it's been one of my favorite games to date.  Although it's gotten a little boring in the past few weeks or so, I feel coming back from such a big break will impact that greatly.  I've been a staff member of 3 servers, and have quite a bit of experience.  That being said, I consider myself a TERRIBLE builder, however I do think of myself as a pretty good redstoner. Wow, that sounded bad. 

I love to help out the community and I'm a very humorous person, just ask Alischia.  if you have any questions about Opticraft, you can ask me in game because I can show you the ropes.  I'm a Trusted member here, and I'll tell you, when I played here I pretty much no-life'd it.  I build my entire house and farms within a couple days of starting on the server.  I look forward to seeing all you guys later and getting to know all of you in game.

Why you should become a moderator:

Lets start with some positive features I can identify about myself:

- Very mature for my age, I help out at a local daycare center
- Have had past experience as a staff member on Minecraft servers
- Very high online time (Although not lately, at one point I had been playing 2+ hours a day)
- I love to help, and will always pursue the satisfaction of the players
- Have been trusted for a while, and has never had an issue regarding rule breaking
- Good experience with many plugins, although still need some guidance with LogBlock

Now lets break them down to the core info; if you're just reading to support me, feel no need to read this part:

Very Mature for my Age

As a child, I have always been the young one.  I started my school year nearly eight months before the average student in my graduating class.  My birthday is in October, and the cutoff date is now December, meaning that some people in my grade are nearly two years older than me.  I distinctly remember going to a summer recreation camp in which they had arranged two ground; youth/teen camp.  As I have stated, I have always been the young one.  The difference in youth to teen groups, are that the cutoff age from youth is 10 years old.  I had been 9 at the time, but I unwillingly attended the youth group as they wouldn't let me move up to the teen camp.  AT around half way through the summer, the staff had moved me up to teen camp because of my mature behavior and responsibility.

Past Experiences as Staff

I have had experience being an authority figure not only in Minecraft, but in real life, too.  With Minecraft, I have moderated a total of two servers, and owned one.  I will provide the names of them if asked for by staff, due to the fact that some of them may still be active.  I know when to take action without being unnecessarily harsh.  As I have stated above, I have helped out with an after-school daycare program at my local Elementary School.  I was a very great help and they had invited me to help them some more, I try to visit despite my busy schedule.

High Online Time

As some of you that knew me may know, I had been playing Opticraft for a ridiculous amount of time upon the first few weeks of arrival.  That's not to say that I still play that often, or that I actually have the time for it; but I will try my best to be online when needed.  I have recently joined a new travel baseball team, which means that I will be attending practices/games weekly.  Obviously I can reveal my entire baseball schedule upon request should need be.

Love to Help

I love Opticraft.  Opticraft is my all-time favorite server worldwide, and I have enjoyed seeing it grow so fast in the past few weeks.  We have nearly doubled our dedicated online players in the past few weeks, and I have definitely enjoyed the experience.  As would many, we like to participate in the things we love to do; and that's why I would love to help Opticraft grow both internally, and externally.

Been Trusted

I have had the trusted rank for a while now, and that was appointed to me in a very quick time to me joining the game, most likely due to my high online time.  I enjoy being a golden authority figure to the new guests as they join, and helping them so.  We have never had any problems, you; Opticraft - and me, Kosekin.  I have had one small altercation with SalasCraft in the past, but that has been solved and no serious action has been taken.

Experience with Plugins

I have experience with nearly all the plugins installed currently on the server, except for LogBlock.  As I have been a moderator on multiple servers, I have never had the opportunity to work with LogBlock; just BigBrother.  With some guidance, I feel that I can learn the plugin fairly quickly as I have a knack with catching on to things.

I agree with the guy above me, you can't go wrong with xp deals and suckers like me fall for them constantly over and over again.

Since this is SMP, I feel like having plain items as donation deals would be a cool idea.  Just be spontaneous when you think of them.

For example you could do deals like this:

Donation deal 1 - $5

- one set of chainmail armor
- 10 diamonds
- stack of moss stone
- in game [donator] tag

Donation deal 2 - $7

- 500 levels of xp
- in game [donator] tag

Donation deal 3 - $10

- diamond protection stones
- colored name to need
- Colored text, & 1-9 excluding staff colors
- in game [donator] tag

Might I also suggest you install some plugins that can be used as an advantage just for donation deals, such as mob disguise, party hats, or even just coding nicknames in essentials. (I know you have, just for an example, but on the SMP server) For example:

Donation deal 4 - $16

- ability to use the /md command to transform into the mob of your choice
- ability to use the /nick command to change your name
- in game [donator] tag

And for instance, you can have lesser deals such as weekly donation deals, ie

Weely donation deal 1 - $2

- 50 levels of xp
- 8 diamonds

Well I hope you appreciate my opinions, and its completely up to the owner to create the deals he wants.
