How much time do you spend on smp.opticraft.net each week?: 30 hours+
What timezone do you live in?: GMT/BST currently BST
Have you ever been banned from opticraft.net?: Yes once, 3 months ago.
Have you read and Agreed to abide by all Stuttgart's laws?: Yes I have and I agree to it.
Do you live *Or have lived* in any other cities, If so please list them: I live on an island which I'm planning to make into a city but I'm going to be more invovled with Stuttgart if I'm accepted.
If you're no longer in another city, please tell us why: Never left a city.
Why do you want to become a citizen of Stuttgart?: So I can build stuff (once I can get a project application) and be part of a town that doesn't get abandoned after 1 month. I also want to help loads
