Another command that can work to personal message someone is using the "@" key. First type @ <their name> then hit enter, then it will say "chatting with <their name>" Then you just type normally. To get out of the chat, type /pm. It will say that your returned to whatever channel you were in (Global, Trade, Local).

Age: 14 Location: USA Timezone: EST Join Date: March 15, 2012 Were you recommended by anyone? Nope Why should you become a moderator? I believe the responsibilty of being a staff member, in this case a moderator, is an extreme honor to have ahold of. It takes lots of effort and work, and I believe that I will fit well being one. I love to help out around, and I am always available, even if I'm in the middle of my biggest Minecraft project ever, whatever it may be. I have much experience being a moderator, as I am one on a few other servers. And yes, quality is better than quantity, and I'll tell you that the servers I am moderator on, have great staff members. While I'm online and realize that there is an issue, I try to contact the staff before things get out of hand. It's those-rapid response moments that are very important, and that I would be willing to do myself. I also believe that I "know the ropes" of Opticraft, as I have been on this great server since March. Overall, the honesty and work ethic that is in the job of moderator would suit a great job for me, and I hope the rest of the staff agrees. Thank you for reading, iTz_Smurf

I think the market that we have now works completely fine. Things have been removed to create an even economy, such as the melons and pumpkins. The Opticraft staff knows what works best, as arsenic_shark said that Nick went to see how other markets look. I realize a change may be nice, but everything is going fine right now.
Thought I'd pitch in my two cents.

I like it, it would keep things simple and easy to find. There wouldn't be a need to go around reading signs to find the right material/tool that is needed. Great find, Xeadin.

I believe you can also just hit the "Enter" button on your keyboard. Works on my laptop, and I'm not sure if it would be set up differently on other computers. You may have to use the "Tab" button a few times, and then hit enter.

Welcome to an awesome server! I reccomend that all of you build in the member world, via /warp memberworld. That will prevent most greifing. If you ever need any help, I'd be glad to assist you along with all of the Opticraft Staff members. (Moderators, Operators, and Admins). Happy Building!

This looks like a very debatable topic, and I think we all should take some time and think whether or not they should be able to be sold at the market.

Another way to privataly chat with someone, is to use /tell or /whisper. It doesn't show in the "hard to miss" purple color, but it gets the job done.
Example: /tell iTz_Smurf Can you please come to my house?
or
Example /whisper iTz_Smurf When you get the chance, can you please help me out?
