i have opened up a new appartment complex, it is 5$ for every day(reallife days, pay in advance for as long as you want to stay!) or 75$ for life.  

also there is a shop on the first floor, almost anything is for sale, there are even slimeballs!  

also a skeleton spawner, it is 800$ for lifetime membership, or 25$ for one use, 10 FREE DIAMONDS if you pay for full membership!
