Count me in. I love the ideas listed above (1-5). Even a fresh world would be a new adventure. I say go for it.
Edit - With 1.9 having quite a few changes, I believe this would be a great time to try something like this. Possibly have a mini-server set up to experiment and see how these changes would work, along with the feedback.

Hey Ohnodotcom,
three years is a considerable amount of time to be banned. You seem truly apologetic so I believe you deserve another shot.
Just please note you have four bans already. I recommend reviewing the /rules in game just to make sure you don't get a fifth.

I've just now read this and can't believe it. Chief and I were very close at one point. We talked on mumble for hours a day during the summer last year. He needed villagers and I had a village. It just went from there.
My deepest condolences to his family.

I've bought Space Engineers and Dues Ex: Human Revolution. Have yet to play either very much, but I like Space Engineers quite a bit so far.
