Dear opticraft, it has been a long time since I played on your server, how have you been? I must say that Opticraft was my favourite server, up until i lost all my stuff, and everything of mine was griefed to the ground (a lot)! I donated £10 to the server beforehand! I believe that i was not treated fairly! I had been griefed A LOT, and my items were repeatedly stolen, or 'glitched'! I was abused by many admins, who actually could be quite unhelpful! The ban came about when I was talking to an admin, it was about the 20th time i was reporting grief, i was understandably upset! I was raging, BUT I ASSURE YOU not swearing! I was talking to this admin, and i basicly apologised, and we made up, THEN another admin banned me, without good reason! i.e a situation he was not involved with! But yeah, i really wanna play on your server, i love it, it's been ages, i don't break the rules, and i believe i can be fairly treated and have fun in the future! THANKYOU OPTICRAFT!!! My earlier rage has proven to be completely wrong and i found out your server is epic. I am not the richest person in the server, and need as much help as the next guy, and I'm sorry for my abuse online. My suggestion is that Raul7Legend is praised and given perks for helping me with all of my issues. My property is now not greifed and is truly owned by me. I am grateful opticraft and will be donating a second time. I will also be on the server much more now, and hopefully i can work my way up to trusted rank. You guys are awesome and see you round

I really like opticraft, its a great server, but there are many problems i have come across:
STEALING
GRIEFING
LACK OF MODERATOR HELP
LACK OF COMMUNITY
/CPRIVATE ING THINGS THAT ARE NOT YOURS
COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT
FORGETTING THAT I DONATED REAL MONEY
Opticraft you need to sort this out. I own the most property on your server, along with the most blocks, i do not see why i am at least not a trusted rank, i have over 50 diamond ore protection stones meaning if i were to sell them, i would be the richest person in the server. I have donated £10 to your server and still don't get any help from you. My main concerns are he grief and people /cprivate ing my stuff. MODERATORS refuse to help me because i need so much help with here issues. People also steal my stuff. Come on opticraft i love your server, and its fun, but these issues make me rage. I have built epic builds and actually contribute to the server. I am going to do a massive project to fix my stuff on your server. But i need your help and the communities help too. My hotel, houses and land need fixing and protecting.
PLEASE WRITE BACK TELLING ME ABOUT YOUR ISSUES WITHIN THE SERVER AND IF YOU AGREE! AND PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU SUPPORT ME AND WANT TO HELP ME WITH THE BIG CLEAR UP AND BUILD PROJECT AFTER. THERE WILL BE REWARDS FOR YOUR SUPPORT.

The reason why we aren't allowed to replace the items you described is because we cannot prove that you had those items. For all we know, you probably could have had an all-dirt inventory or lots of 'minor' items and could claim that you could have had all these high-priced valuables.
I'm not saying that you do have this stuff, but not all users are trustworthy to that extent and could try to pull a prank like this just for the sake of making their gameplay 'easier.'
On the note of grief, if you do have damage, report it and it will be fixed when a staff member is available.

Be careful who you purchace goods from. But unfortunately we can't refund you with your items, you will just have to be more careful next time. As for griefing, just tell a Mod in-game to deal with the damage, and they'll most certainly ban the player.

I go on this server a lot, I love it, it is my favourite server, which is why I will soon be donating!!! but there are one or two issues, and this is not with admins or the server itself, it's other players. My home gets greifed a lot, luckily it is protected now, but i have other properties that could be being greifed right now!!! I have also had items stolen from my chests, people guessing the passwords, and bugs with the chests, and some people's homes turn out to be death traps, you are sent there, with the promise of valuables, only to be fooled, and have money and items stolen. I personally get greifed all the time by Bubble_Egg, and have recently had items stolen by sphrases. BigBadHenz told me to write these stolen items here, in order to hopefully get them back, the admins being awesome and all, the following items were stolen from me:
11xp, a full set of fully enchanted diamond armour, an enchanted diamond sword, an enchanted diamond pick, and enchantment table, 64 birch wood, 64 normal wood, 2 ender pearls, 32 lapis luzi, 2 diamond, a bucket, a diamond shovel, 9 chests, 212 melons, 376 cobblestone, 34 melon seeds, and some various other items, these were the valuable ones, which if possible i would like returned.
DO YOU GUYS GET THESE KINDS OF TROUBLES? WRITE BACK, COMMENT, OR ADD A SIMILAR POST EXPLAINING YOUR STORY!
