Reason for application: I have noticed that as minecraft grows in popularity, more and more "new" people come into the server not really knowing what to do, and not realizing what griefing is and not knowing the conciquences. I want to be able to guide people, and be there to let them know b4 they get kicked instantly. I think this server needs more people to guide the "noobs". I will take action if behavior continues though. I have no problems dealing with the cold blooded people who come here just to destroy.
Why you should become an operator: First of all you may be thinking "wow he's only a recruit, REJECT!" But im not the kind of guy you could really call "artistic". I'm more of a leader i am good at guiding and explaining. Now I do notice that there are not alot of op's inside my timezone and I just hate it when i see a griefer attacking me or another person and not being able to do anything but type words in the chat! I think we have all been in the situations where we are new to something and dont know what you are doing and you have all these people screeming at you. I want to be able to lead these people, and these people could be the next great builder. This server is so fun for me and i just want to be able to share that experience i guess is what im trying to say

Extra information:I have been included as an op in some smaller servers and me and my friends run a beta server ourselves so i am a little experienced. And If im not accepted no hard feelings I will still continue as my current rank to help the people of opticraft.
