Why do you want to become a citizen of Stuttgart?
I dunno what stuttgart means, but I like the people who live the cities of stuttgart. I passed by one, and I have met a lot of friends in just entering the town. Seems like a great place to live too, and the builds are great! I would really like to show what I can build too and help in any way I can in your city
