I have just gotten home from work to find out I am banned. The ban is because I made my /home a "death trap". While I agree it was a death trap, it was most certainly not purposely made. I was mining and had done my /home there so I could warp to and from the market with ease. I was mining and hit lava, and in attempt to able myself to recover my items after death I did a /home, only to remember that I had just set it practically right next to the lava spot. I lost everything I had, including 14 diamonds, and a full inventory worth of stuff. I was angry at myself so I logged off and went to work with no thought about it. I had just previously purchased $5 worth of Ingame credits and have not gotten the chance to use even $1 of it.
