I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but... my cousin mikeybooy was banned for griefing his friend. He didn't do too much damage, he was just angry at frobalt. He won't do it again, he has resolved things with frobalt now.
He says he only wants to play on the server, was his first and last grief.
