Been away for almost a half year now, so I may as well reintroduce myself I am currently a builder and aim for crafter ASAP although half my stuff has been destroyed by time, I will build new stuff and I am always ready to do a large scale collaborative project with anyone. P.S. Did anyone manage to do my entire obstacle course at the optiolympics?

I believe they can not comprehend vision. What they consider visual is near impossible to comprehend without a basis.
They may claim to see visuals, but what they are is more than likely something else.

Good solid and detailed sprites. Different from many others I have seen. (Huge +) You have my approval.

Very close to my level of approval. I think your constructions lack a bit of detail, and it is the details that really make the construction.

Yes they would dream - most definately.
Sleep is comprised of 7 stages. The seventh one is REM, or rapid eye movement, when your brain is more active then any other part of your day. At this point you dream.
Dreams are the result of communications between your working memory (things that happened that day) and your long term memory. The blind person would have dreams, however it is unlikely it would involve and visuals, as they do not know what a visual is and would have a near impossible time comprehending what one would look like. This means that although they would dream, it would be minus the visual factor including all other senses.

Mass project just defines how the events are carried out really.
The result wouldn't be dissimilar to the current Lobby, however the method doesn't predefine how the world will turn out, as everyone has an influence.
Most projects have a predefined end point, which is the main place this idea differs on. But yeah feel free to discuss the starting object.
