Problem is that I need help for taking screenshots.I know what to do and how but when I go to paste them in ms paint it dosent show up, Ive taken screenshots but nothing?

Oh Ok.The only thing is +Not to be rude but, I see people get griefed and watch helplessly while trying to get a op to help but there isnt any, and i feel sorry for them and I think that having to be Builder makes it harder to apply for op and get accepted.I dont seem to think It would hurt to let one person be Operator without the requirement of builder.
