Rejected / ALMONDJOY builder/op app

the reason i think i should be made a builder/op is first off i am an eagle scout with many awards also i am the senior patrol leader so i have expercience in being a leader and a fair disapliner. i dont have much free time  to just build s most of my projects are small.
