Sorry the ban appeals board has been kind of bogged down. Missed a few, ill lower it to 7 days but if a single block has been griefed by you since you become unbanned, it will be permanent.

I like how you think I was attempting to insult you with dogs or cats. I've been doing rule enforcement on games for years, and yes I have literally heard the excuse "I taught my dog to play for me while I slept"

the ban is 4 days long, you will serve out this ban. I do not take "My brother was using my account, my friend, my brothers friend, my dog, my cat, my sister" or any other variation as an excuse. You are responsible for your accounts actions. If they know your password then change it, if you leave your account online log off. I hear this excuse on a daily basis just so you know.

I think that's a poor excuse they wont let us but I do belive the whole €dvantage thing is a flawed argument.
Diamond armor is stupid it give you an advantage.
See how that works?
If you invest the time into something that provides an advantage such as farming diamonds you deserve it.
As far as mods go there could be a list of useful mods such as reis and if you take the time to read the list that's your up if someones too lazy too that's their problem.
The only +ig advantage from reis is deathpoints and slime chunks. Mob radar and ore finder and cave mapping is turned off on smp.
I understand how staff feels about mods but that doesn't mean I have to like it :p

I don't remember where it was, but the ban was reduced to 7 days, and i do remember your name all over the block history. The ban has already been lowered it wont be lowered again.

I found your grief all over random places around spawn, logblock doesn't lie I believe most were royaldiamonds buildings but i could be remembering fuzzy. I will sleep on this and decide if I'll lower it to 7 days.

I banned you earlier this morning, I was fixing random grief in areas, and I found your name all OVER The place. I screenshotted one example.  Note I forgot to area the thing, I redid it but didn't get the chance to ss it, it ended up being 564ish, there was more on different houses around the area.

just to let you know, I was going to lower this ban, at first but after seeing gameguy post about how you were helping him it kinda pissed me off, I'll tell you why, When I went to fix this grief he mentioned that his house had been griefed. Routine stuff fixed the grief, notice 1000 blocks changed on the same day of that grief, undid them, and parts of another house came back. I investigated the other house and gameguy told me that it belonged to his friend that had quit.
I told him well the guy that built the house was the one that had griefed his home and he was completely surprised. There was no mention of him being told to help gameguy with his house, and most of the grief in gameguys house was grief, it didn't look like someone was helping remodel, things were stolen glass was just torn out of rooms ect ect.
Now I come to the banappeals and gameguys saying that he was helping him remodel, I asked him this when the grief happened I got a no. I feel officier is getting gameguy to lie for him. So I will not be lowering this ban, because I really hate being lied too.

I asked tabooti if he knew you, he said he didn't you tore out quite a few logs in the side of a building, I will talk to tabooti in the morning about this.
