I have been able to verify (and take screenshots) that Sockboy8 has been using X-Ray. I found multiple vertical shafts leading directly to Gold deposits. As gold is the most valuable item in the market, it makes perfect sense why he would be hunting it. I've permanently banned Sockboy8.
I was not able to find any direct evidence that Bloodangel555 has been using X-Ray. Most of his tunnels dig innocently into caverns, and the items he collected in said caves was all on the surface. That said (if you're reading this Bloodangel555) we will be keeping a close eye on them.
