Real Estate Office

Ok so i just had this random thought that could be really helpful. What if we had a serverwide real estate office near the spawn and market where you could put up your houses for sale and rent and advertise towns. This is just an idea and would take a very long time to get it up and running and would need many people to operate but it would be helpful as someone could possibly sell their houses really quickly. I would be most certainly willing to help in the designing and building of it if it was to become something that the server embraced. So yeah if anyone else thinks that this would be a cool idea for the server reply leaving your thoughts.

Its a good idea. But, for me, is not so good, since my home is cost by players at 1kk. Who will buy it?

Yer but see not everyone would have to put houses up and also we could put like a min and max price limit on the area so that its only for houses that are in a good price range for people, but yes there could be a crazy section for homes like your spam

It's not turning the server into a "city server", just making it easier to buy houses.

raul yes i know its a survival server but isnt there a market, just making a point its not a ture survival server and so i dont see how a real estate would be that much of an issue but thanks for the input
