Stop the Vote

Can you get the little vote notifier to stop popping up every time a page changes on the forums, it's quite annoying having it block up the screen like that all the time. (Yes I do vote occasionally, but when I haven't and don't want to at that moment it's annoying having the box hang over everything)

So it's job is to annoy site users?

It's as bad as those sites with ads on the front page that follow you everywhere, same idea even. They don't increase the amount of clicks ever, just make me want to visit the site less often than I already do.

You can always close it. But if you want it to stay away for the day, you just vote. and it doesn't take that long either.
It's a fair concept.
