Got banned three or four days ago, wasnt ment to grief

Dear admins,
I didnt read the rules before playing on this server, ist not that smart of me.
So ingame i griefed some blocks and melon after that i have been banned.
My question is if i can get a second change en play following the rules.

You should've read the rules regardless of that.
