You must have missed this:

I realize that it has been a while since we have officially announced anything about the upcoming member world for the server. Well I have some good news, the building portion of the world is officially DONE. All that is left are server side things that optical will need to sort out. Unfortunately, he is very busy at the moment so I cannot give you guys an accurate time for the worlds release, but we are working hard on getting you guys onto the new world.

i want to complain about something... I was just banned because of something i didnt do... i was banned for griefing , i didnt do anything i was in my shop or my mine for days before i was acused of being griefed... i think somebody didnt want to get banned so they chose me to frame.

This isn't the place to talk about that, it's off topic.  That said, the nether lag has nothing to do with this server.  It has to do with the main software itself.  Thus, those are the people you should be complaining to.

Nah it'll be out by the begining of July. You may be looking at old info for the beta

If you actually look on the official wiki, the place I go for all my release dates, there's nothing on 1.3 yet.  I think if it was the beginning of July there would be a date posted by now.

Regardless, we're not waiting for 1.3 and it's not waiting for us. Even if it does come out, we have to wait for all of the essential plugins to update before we can make the upgrade.
