Project ofc abandoned. No builders are building Atlantis/coming online, and everyone seems to have forgotten about it. To all donators, pm in-game and I'll refund your money. I've taken all materials back, and I'm gonna sell the diamond ps.

I just stumbled on this project now, bad timing i suppose.  What if an area of ocean could be sectioned off somehow so the building could be done in the open air, can anything like this be done in creative mode or something?
