BASIC CITY RULES

Code Of Conduct for City:
1: Be respectful to other city members and players at all times.
2: Do Not destroy other players creations within, and outside the city
3: Building outside designated Zones will end in your structure being destroyed
4: Unauthorised access to other people structures is a Punishable offense

BUILDING PARAMATERS AND LAWS

1: Buildings in the "Normal" Citizen Zone Must be no more than Double Coal PS size
2: Buildings in V.I.P Zones are not limited as of yet
3: No rude, or Inappropriate structures
4: No breaching of the border wall at all or building over the border walls

To those who dont, know a V.I.P Citizenship  means no limit to your building size, but V.I.P's are currently closed, so youll get a normal Citizenship

V.I.P Account will pay 15k Extra to gain the following benefits:
1:MUCH Bigger Parcel of Land
2: Access to the Public Auto Wheat Farm
3: Access to the Public Auto Pumkin farm(in construction) This is not Leganie's farm.
4: Access to the Animal Pens
5: Access to the soup Kitchen, and bakery supplies
6: Access to the Public Cactus Farm

FOR VIP APPS
1:You MUST Replant all wheat used in the wheat farm
2:You CAN NOT slaughter all the animals in the Pens
3:For Cactus, and Sugarcane farming, you MAY not destroy the base block
4:If you are caught doing wrong, your V.I.P privelages will be revoked.
5: You MUST pay 15K to gain acces to V.I.P if accepted:

The Area circled in black is free building, The red Area is a V.I.P area, you will have to pay extra

The Area Circled in black will be the average building Area for citizens, but your space will be limited, Where as the the Red area your building space will NOT be limited, but you have to pay to "upgrade" your Citizenship account
