Reason for application: Lately the number of guests has increased dramatically, which means more people wanting recruit, more rule-breaking, and more greif. I would like to help out by banning said greifers, promoting those who deserve it, and warning/kicking any rule-breakers.

Why you should become an operator: I always try to help others of the opticraft community however I can, can be very responsible(when needed), try to give advice to recruits/guests that would like a rank up, try to remind some ops of people that need help(and I know there is not always a lot of you on, which is exactly why I am making this app), and I also know how some people want to be an op because it seems fun, but is more work than you might have originally thought once you get put on-trial. I also know that with the launch of smp, many classic operators will be on the 1.0 server, but truly I must say I am not very fond of the full version of minecraft. Also, sometimes when an op IS online, if they are not sure whether or not a build is enough for the recruit rank, the will ask me what I think. And I especially hate it when there are no ops on, I see someone with a build that could be enough for recruit, and they get griefed.

Have you been temp-op before?: Not on this server but i'd love to be even if it were for a day, this server is my passion.

Extra information: I remember back when I was a member and recruit, trying to go for the rank above me. Whenever I had been denied, I had this burning passion to do better. Then, when I actually got the rank, I was filled with joy and excitement. I would like be able to make others feel this way, as I once did.

You have to be Builder rank before you can apply for operator, period. This is a rule for operators that has never been overruled, at least not in my time on Opticraft. This application will most likely be rejected, although I won't be the one rejecting it.

P.S. I notice the sentence in which you suggest you already achieved the builder rank before, quote, "Then, when I actually got the rank, I was filled with joy and excitement." However, your current forum rank doesn't show you as a builder.

Not only that, but when I used the /whois slowbuscus, it revealed to me that you are a guest. This leads me a to strong conclusion that you are in fact lying. However, if this is not true, and a mod proves otherwise, I am sorry about my earlier statements and wish you the best of luck.
