Hello,

I want to ask, if the mods+ are allowed to see what players write to others in PM.

Thanks.

Mods aren't allowed, I'm not sure about ops and admins.

I'm sure that the admins (even optical) are able to choose when to read PMs at times. Otherwise, neither mods nor ops can read PMs regularly. The only times when we can read PMs is by our ticket system if they pick up any of the trigger words or phrases.

Tip for next time, include something about the topic in the title.

Chip, the subject line is a brief explanation of what the topic is about.
When the topic is one line, then there is no need for further explanation.
Enter the topic read, and answer.

Xeadin, what do you mean with the ticket?

I  think he means when you type /helpop <message> you get a ticket, so it says like "Thank you for submitting a ticket. Your ticket number is <a number>
Just a little update to SMP  :)

Sorry for posting in a locked topic but in response to spam...
All you really need to know about the ticket system really is that when someone says a word/phrase which implies they need help, they are put on a list which staff can read through to see who needs help. In this case if someone said one of the phrases it would put them on the list for reviewing. Simples.
