I was randomly banned and I don't know why

I was playing last night and nothing was wrong, I was just trying to sell a spider XP FARM  I also bought from "Beast1n1tup39", also last night. Then I got off to go to sleep, I woke up this morning to go to work, and when I got back I wanted to play some Minecraft, so I turned it on and clicked "join Server" and a message came up saying the ban hammer has spoken. Why am I banned? What did I do wrong? Please help.

how long is the ban, and some times it is an accident, and my computer lags alot and does it on its own

The lagging part only happened once or twice, but you know how you can press the up and down arrows to cycle through the things you said/typed? Well some times i do that to get back to a command or something else but I count wrong and go back to something I already said. Ill pay more attention for now on. Also while advertising, would it be OK if i wait until my text is off the screen to say it again or after 2 min?

Could you possibly tell me the time of day that my ban will expire? I know it is the 13th, but at what time?
