Yea, you can see clearly in the screenshot provided that he griefed the blocks on May 27th, and then again on June 6th.  There is no error with the system Shadow, so as Xeadin says, don't play stupid with us.  Your ban will stand, and if it happens again it'll be permanent.

It's impossible to be at two places at once, so no you weren't building your house at the time of the griefing.  The logs clearly show the date and time of your grief incident.  There is NO denying it.

As I stated a while ago, you are not permanently banned.  Your ban will expire on June 17th.
