I built my version of the space needle at approximately X: 371 Z: 2469. Or just type /home itsmineallmine and that will hopefully take you to the inside.
From the bottom, just go through the door and up the ladder. The door should be unprotected. At the top, go up the spiral stairs in the middle to access the very top, and enjoy the views! When you have had enough, just jump into the water - it is deep all around, and I have never died from jumping yet.
