me and nick build that town so its not likely nick will greif and we built it and sold it

There is a lot of Log Block evidence that the town was built by both bubblekiller AND nick468. I will be questioning arsenic_shark's motives circulating this ban.

As of right now, I do not see enough evidence of grief within the town, as it was built by bubblekiller and nick468.

By bubblekiller's words, ownership was transferred over to rockt321.

shark can u show us plz cuz me and nick removed all are stuff like door furnaces, and are personal stuff like are auto melon farm he helped me take down and build. iv made that town with nick and i know him we would not grief and 1000% not are old town we spent hours and hours building

Nick is very true in the skype call. He never, ever would grief. Not even for a joke. He is probably one of the best guys I have ever met. (Not just on minecraft) He is even worthy for the moderator position, but now he is banned and his trusted is probably gone. He has only built the greatest town in all of opticraft, no harm done.

Yes I am not sure of the situation,

I went to see Rockt321 and he needed grief to be undone. So I checked where there was blocks missing and Nick's name came up. I undid his actions and Rockt321 said that was how it was meant to be; so the ban was issued. I was confused when doing this as I undid the grief a different house appeared but as Rockt321 said that was the way it should be I left it banning Nick.

I can verify that nick468 was involved in building the town with bubblekiller.  That said, that's the limit of what I can verify on this topic.

I have helped Nick with several griefs, needless to say i am very sure he was involved in the construction of the city.
