Riddles

I decided to make a topic for riddles...so here is a riddle or two.

1. Riddle me this, riddle me that, look at my face nd you won't see thirteen, what am I?

2. Riddle me this, riddle me that, I have a red head, when you strike me I have  black head, what am I?

I do. A man lives in a 16-story apartment building. In the morning he takes the elevator all the way down to the first floor. In the evening, to get back to his apartment, he has to take the elevator to the fifth floor then take the stairs the rest of the way to the 16th floor, where his apartment is. The only times that he can ride the elevator all the way are when he is riding with someone else or when it is raining. Why is this?

Because he's a little person, can't reach the buttons. Also when its raining he has an umbrella.

Just saying, the second one is also a Ginger, if you hit him hard enough.

And on that note, 13 doesn't appear on a ginger either.

He is a dwarf, can't reach the buttons higher than 5, unless he has an umbrella, or is with someone else.
