I got banned for I don't know what?

Hi I'm zeenie on the SMP opticraft server and I've been a member for a while, maybe a month or more. I haven't been banned before, and I was a good helper of people who needed...help haha. I didn't mean to grief or break any rules made by the creators of opticraft. Whatever I've done, I'd like to put that behind me and continue building on your awesome SMP Opticraft server. hello, whoever reads this!

this is my twin sister zeenie here. i am sitting right next to her and when she clicks on the smp.opticraft.net server, a screen saying "Disconnected by Server: The Ban Hammer has spoken!"

she is so confused and can't think of a reason as to why she has been banned. please tell her why!
