Triple Cave Spider Auction / One hit xp farm

I'm auctionning a triple cave spider one hit kill xp farm. You will need 2 stickies though or you can pay me $5000 more for me to place it. Little tunnels for the cave spiders are pushing them to a single place via water to easy kill. Very efficient.

To go there, go to /home harif and follow the xp farm tunnel behind the town board to the end. There is railway for fast travelling. It is the "Xp farm 1".

No quitting the auction please.
Starting bid is $30000
No limit on increasing the bid but dont spam please.(Dont do $30001)

We need this as a TownXP-farm.

I have totalt 16 spawners in one cave, but i was thinking
of making one XP-farm myself of 3 Spawners (maybe5).

If i bay this one Ill just make fight-arena of all 16 spawners.

i builded a triple one a long while ago, but there all so glitchy i cant get them into 1 spot at all
i would be very interested in seeing yours
i will most likely bid on it, if it works decently  

edit: just been there, its indeed as glitchy as i tought but less then mine, most likely couse mine are all around me instead of comming from just 1 way
im going to bid 40k, i supply the stickys myself and put ps/sethome on it
