tl:dr Anyway if you just browse through the forums I'm fairly sure there's a post by Xeadin that gives you guidelines on how to become trusted. So before you post something "complaining" about how no one will tell you how to become trusted, look around on the forums.
Also since I don't think I've ever seen you in game, you have to actually get your name out there. We aren't going to keep monitoring random people ALL the time to see how long they have played and to see if they follow the rules, that's just not plausible.
