NPC VIllage, Co-parter is searched!

I hear the last days, the conversations and worries about NPC villages.
Therefore, I decided, that I could share my NPC village which is at 90% protected with a diamond protection stone, with a co-partner.
I will give him the 50% of the ownership for $25,000.
The price is low, if you consider the benefits you will get when 1.3 will be out, which I heard is the next week.

I ask for a reliable person, which will help me protect at 100% the village since it will be an investment.
I will provide the protection stones and the sand, for a box around the village made by glass.

Guys, I will need another reply from those that are interested, with the following:
1) If you can set a home there.
2) If you can provide a protection ore.
3) If you want to help on building for the 100%

But, you need to anderstand, that if you get the access on that village, only you and me will enter there for the trades with the villagers.
I want to avoid the entrance to others, since it's an investment.
As I said, I will choose only one person, or two, if and only IF, you agree to get a 25% cut each one.

The point is, that Of-course I want to get the best profit from tha village, but since now it is not an auction.

Do you want to make a deal 2-3 people to share the 50% share? Or to turn it into an auction in order to avoid the fear of picking someone and leaving someone out?

If two people answer here saying that want that as an auction, then I will do it.
