You must be at least a builder rank to apply, if you truly believe that you are worthy of op then take your time and build to get recruit. Then spend at least a month making awesome creations to get builder. Then after builder wait three days and apply for op. Op isn't something you can just get by applying. Here on opticraft you have to rank up like everyone else, and by doing that you gain the trust of the ops/admins. I suggest an op moves this to rejected.
