Extra (Anything else you want to mention): No cuboid assistance, all manually placed. Although the front of the Mansion had a small movement due to the build being too close to the wall(Kascas). I feel I am only improving as a builder by each build I make, and I enjoy every minute of building.

Some are plain some have detail, i say let him/her pass, he/she certainly has it in him/her and has the right motivation.
though he/she doesn't show all he/she can do in each build.

terre pick a gender =P.... given the "gie" part and the member page ima go w/ male....

He definitely has some potential, though a few of the builds looked slapped together for quantity/ he didn't know what to do with the empty space inside...... i'd like to see more detailed builds like the -Mages' Study Hall(http://imgur.com/a/yx10O#0) so i'd have to say no for the time being....

course terre and monkey know best =P

my idea is too to let him promote, though ofc, i am one of the least experienced.
he has the right drive and is a deticated builder. and as some of the buildings show, he can work with detail and big sizes.
he can inprove still. but at my opinion it is enough.
oh and gie is a guy, i'm sure of that.

how about we give him/her (yes i'm doing it on purpose now) a trial period 
"You have to make X builds in X time and we will judge it." for example

Trial for crafter sounds kinda stupid imo, but I don't really know what to say either. He has good things, and less good things. I'd say just 1 more large, detailed build should do.
