These seem very pointless, and destroys the Survival aspect of the server. As for EasyEssentials which I've never heard of, we do have Essentials which sorts out economy, groups and all that. But I highly doubt that these will be implemented.

On the server we try and stick more torwards the survival side of the game so I doubt that they will implement them. Haha but they do take care of griefers well.

Take note that it says "at set times". Set times. Admins or mods have to apply it for it to work. It doesn't just happen randomly. It is planned. That way it doesn't lag.

I'd say you're probably the only one that wants that plugin, no one else.
If you're referring to low mob spawn rates, we're just going to have to wait till optical fixes it.
