If your door is /cprivate then the pressure plate shouldnt activate unless YOU step on it

Why would you want to lock a crafting table? It's not like you can store anything inside of it and the only thing that would do is keep people from crafting inside your home.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you can lock other thing use /lock, I have tested it on sign and it work but I haven't tried anything else.

No, /lock is just an alias for /cprivate, the items that can be locked are defined in the config for LWC.
And signs just happen to be lockable for LWC.
