I don't think villagers should be for donation because of their newly valuable nature. I think we need to keep the challenge of breeding them, building villages, and selling/going through the transportation crap to get villagers. I think that needs to be kept otherwise every player with money is going to donate for villagers, and we'll have so many villages that they won't be special anymore. Just another "boring" part of the world.

I like the idea of the other mobs, but not the villagers, please.

Villager can cause heavy lag and so it's best not to be in donations, so that it won't be easy for people to crash the server.

Do note mob eggs for sale should only be for mobs which will respawn naturally but didn't due to the slow spawn rate, villagers are NOT in that category.

just a thought but instead of charging for some kind of package deal why not charge for an individual egg, something like $0.50-$1.00/egg and have a drop down that lets people pick their own type/amount, would give people more freedom and maybe increase interest.

I'm all for this idea, good thinking.
The only thing about this is the prices. $0.50 isn't really a price you'd want to put in the donation store. Maybe start at $5 worth of eggs in the drop down? Just a thought.

I think there should only be eggs for friendly mobs that only spawn naturally like Doom pointed out.

For example, I have an island in the guest world that is almost right on the world border. Maybe I'd like to have cows there, but it would be impossible because I would have to travel by boat over 4000 meters I think to get to the mainland in order to by some luck find cows. It would take 24 to 48 hours to get the cows to follow me that far by boat. In other words that would pretty much be impossible.

I actually think DeeKay and D00M are on the right track... DeeKay with the pricing and numbers, D00M with the various egg options.

The egg group should be standard, like say 20 eggs for X amount of money
The amount of money should be dependent on the mob type.  (Common/Rare/Ultra Rare)

So say something along the lines of;

20 Chicken/Cow/Sheep Eggs = $5
20 Mooshroom/Squid Eggs = $10
20 Wolf/Ocelot Eggs = $15

I don't think villagers should be purchasable.  There are more than enough people farming villagers, and they breed like rabbits.  It just takes a little effort and some in-game cash to get a hold of a couple.  If you're going to offer villagers they should be something like 2 Eggs for $10 just due to their natural rarity, and high breeding rate.

The main purpose of this topic is to allow ppl to buy mov egg for passive mob that don't spawn due to slow rates, villager isn't in the category and hence should not be included
