So why am i banned?
I'm also in tears because i been trying so hard to lead a good minecraft life

I have three things to tell you.

a) I told chewbacca1999 that she wasn't to build on the land, as she didn't own it,
i told her that if she really wanted to build on it she'd have to contact the owner, rad.

b) two of my ban's on record i never did as the 2nd one i had already been banned for and the third was an
auto-ban thing that i had griefed but i thought it was an NPC well.

c) I didn't remove the home, kethimin did as my helpop message read something like
"i have a home here and i do not know what to do with it as the owner of the home does not own the land"
when he came i asked him if he would take it down, and he said yes.

yes he has soom cool buildings around, but does that mean he owns the land? no
you dont own it until you have city protection,
it also didnt have a protection stone, not even a wall to mark the borders
he might want to expand later into the way where his house is
but thats no reason to destroy it! its not YOUR land in any way, you cant claim it

following to him, you said it was your own house

you lied to a mod, so you could grief someones house entirely to make space for your own build
for this your ban wont be lifted, you have to wait until the 31th
dont try to bypass rules next time,
you could aswell ask us to help you, to ask if he wants to move his house instead
im sure he woudnt mind moving his house, if we explain that you guys are building large things there

Can you please tell chewbacca1999 that to keep his house where it is until i tell him where to move it to in the plot section. Tell him he MUST NOT move his house until i say so.
